It's clear that the compensation for a trial technologist varies geographically. What I am wondering is how other trial techs around the country are compensated.

A. What region are you in? (NE, NW, MW, SE, SW, etc)
B. Do you work for a law firm or consulting firm?
C. Are you salary or hourly?
D. Do you get a commission in addition to your base earnings on your trial work?

Don't want to invade anyone's privacy, so please no specifics, but this info is always helpful when negotiating salaries.
