Description:
Troubleshoot error issues with practice support applications. Act as liaison between vendors and the firm during outsource of projects. Provide database management - creation and maintenance; data, image and transcript loads, data manipulation, data conversions, and electronic productions. Coordinate e-discovery processing, document coding, and imaging/scanning. Assists with coordination of trial technology project management, and selection of appropriate software. Assist and coordinate selection of ASPs providers for document reviews.
Responsibilities:
• Technical: Responsible for creation and maintenance of databases; data loads data received from opposing and/or from vendors.
• Case Management: Work with case teams to assess and support technology needs throughout all stages of the litigation or government investigation process.
• Responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including but not limited to electronic document collection and review; scanned document productions; deposition transcript, exhibit and video databases; trial exhibit databases; conversion of data; and facilitation of electronic document productions.
• Responsible for the hands-on technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery and scanned document productions. Coordinate case teams to select, communicate with and manage outside vendors for electronic discovery and imaging projects. Work with vendors to prepare project design manuals and coding manuals.
• Case Presentation Support: Consult with case teams to identify and support courtroom and mobile technology needs, including audio-visual equipment and presentation software options.
• Department Administration: maintains daily log of billable and non billable time and attend team meetings to report on or identify case, project, vendor, work space, equipment, software or personnel needs to bring to the attention of the Manager.
