Major Washington DC Law Firm (AmLaw 100) is seeking a Litigation Support Project Manager at 85-110K exempt.


This individual will be responsible for providing technical and operational integration of litigation support technology to the Firm’s attorneys, paralegals and support staff. Duties will include working with internal and external clients to provide services and expertise in regards to the Electronic Data Reference Model (EDRM).

This will include, but not limited to, being able to define and execute the requirements, organization, and project management for collecting, processing and producing electronic evidence and case-related documents; providing ongoing advice on best practices for case management; developing recommendations, plans, cost estimates, budgets, procedures, and specifications for case-specific projects; negotiating and acting as liaison with vendors; creating and updating reference guides and procedures related to database configurations and functions.

The Litigation Support Project Manager will also respond to on-demand training and assistance requests; troubleshoot litigation support applications; provide project management including selection of vendors, design and creation of forms and reports; and review and load information into litigation databases.


Qualifications include:

o 5 years experience in a litigation environment.
o In-depth understanding of the use of technology to support litigation efforts.
o Expertise with Summation iBlaze, Concordance, Sanction, Trial Director, Access, and Excel.
o Detailed knowledge of the processes of litigation with emphasis on trial procedures, discovery, document production, document management, coding and scanning procedures and use.
o Ability to meet critical deadlines.
o Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with users of varying skill levels.
