Intellectual Property Boutique in Dallas, Texas seeks Litigation Support Director to manage in-house electronic discovery and data processing.

The Ware Firm (www.thewarefirm.com) is a five-attorney firm specializing in patent infringement litigation, with penthouse offices in new uptown Dallas building. We have a young, energetic staff and we work on large, exciting cases.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and who can assume primary responsibility for managing our electronic discovery efforts from day one. We also are seeking someone who is willing to wear many “hats” and can pitch in to provide general litigation and paralegal support. Primary job responsibilities include:

• Using Lexis LAW Pre-Discovery software to process raw electronic data.
• Converting data to TIFF images.
• Quality control of data processing.
• Exporting data to build Concordance case databases.
• Administer Concordance databases for multiple cases.
• Using Concordance to assist paralegals and attorneys review documents for privilege and prepare documents for production.
• Using Concordance to assist attorneys prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have general IT skills and can assist the office with network and IT support from time to time.

Previous experience working with LAW Pre-Discovery and Concordance required. Certifications in both preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience.
