I am a consultant for local attorneys here is Jackson, tn. I have been using powerpoint to put up video , documents, picture and such in the courtroom, but am looking at software apps that are more suited for courtroom presentation. I am test driving trial director 4.0, and it seems very cool.

I would love some feed back from others on how it compares to summation and some of the other programs out there. Also, if there is a cheaper place to buy it than from indata.

So this is what i would like to see here on this forum.

Dwayne Krager

Postby Larry Lieb » Mon Aug 25, 2003 11:46 am

I believe Dwayne Krager, a Litigator from Milwaukee, regularly uses Sanction in actual cases.

In addition to being a full-time litigation paralegal, he is also the Director of Operations of the Trial Science Institute (www.TrialScience.com)

The Trial Science Institute is the coolest court room I have seen. I have been to many "Mock Trial" court rooms in my home town, Chicago, but do not believe they have the technology built into them as TSI does.

There are currently several Trial Presentation consulting companies coming to Milwaukee to take advantage of this cutting edge facility.

I have actually seen Dwayne's setup during a visit to Milwaukee. Pretty impressive actually!
