Description:

Our client is looking for an eDiscovery Project Manager to join their Tulsa, Oklahoma office. The eDiscovery Project Manager will be the sole interface within the Tulsa office advising legal teams on their litigation needs from a technical standpoint and providing guidance for appropriate technical solutions. The eDiscovery Project Manager will also provide education and training to end users on litigation support tools and processes, e-discovery process and technology, and work closely with attorneys to address project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation support and e-discovery projects in coordination with legal team.
• Load data into litigation support programs such as DBTextWorks, Summation, Trial Director, LiveNote and other litigation products.
• Advise legal teams on litigation support / e-discovery best practices.
• Provide end user training for litigation support software.
• Advise on appropriate data collection methodologies.
• Provide in-trial support for legal team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Manage vendors and advise legal team and management on product quality / schedules.
