G2A Executive Search has been engaged to search for an EDD Director in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

· Management of the daily operations of the Charlotte and Silicon Valley e-Discovery and Hosting Data Centers, including all project management, operations and technical personnel

· Profitability of the Data Centers

· Workflow, process and IT improvement

· Budget management

· Customer satisfaction

· Escalation point for client and project management issues

· Hiring and development of new personnel

Qualifications:

· Experience managing e-Discovery and Hosting teams within a reputable vendor, law firm or corporation

· B.Sc., preferably in Engineering or Computer Science
