I understand that IPRO has come out with an e-file processing software package to go along with Scan-it.

Does anyone have any information on this very intriguing development?

Hi Larry,

I think I can probably answer any of your questions about this soon-to-be-released product (I believe Nov. 15th is projected release date). I am one of the developers working on eScan-IT.

We've basically built e-file processing into the Scan-IT product. You'll be able to have both scanning and edd batches, specify file filters, preview files before processing, full-text extraction with word offsets (so you can import into premium viewer and do hit-highlighting) on non-image file types, deduplication (4 different levels), export to various industry load file formats, etc. Additionally, the product retains all the functionality of Scan-IT.
