We are presently hiring a Director of Sales for our E-Discover division. This position requires a candidate with a track record of successfully managing a national sales team and someone who has experience in selling litigation services. This Director must have experience in E-Discovery Sales Management and must have experience with high-level client interaction. This positions compensation will consist of base+bonus+commission.

This position can be based in New York City, Washington DC, Atlanta, or Chicago.


Required knowledge
• Understands sales and sales process
• Manage national sales team
• Success selling litigation services
• Strong knowledge of litigation solutions
• Must have key contacts at major law firms and corporate legal teams
• Success winning and managing multiple cases with multiple firms and corporations.
• Clear understanding of litigation project management (i.e. case management)
• Clear understanding of operations/production processing
• Salesforce.com
• Broad knowledge of litigation services marketing (planning and executing)
• Experience with trade shows
• Extensive knowledge of industry product pricing
• Works collaborative with operations is a must
• Follow through on sales and marketing projects from inception to launch
