Director of EDD Position in Omaha, NE

RESPONSIBILITES:
* Develop and maintain sound business practices that will create a high performance culture.
* Manage cost, pricing and profitability of departments and projects in regards to business plans and annual budgets.
* Mentor employees by training, coaching, directing and evaluating their work performance. Evoke creative and innovative thinking is sought to ensure project success as well as career development.
* Understand hardware and software architectures to serve as liaison between procedures, systems and client needs.
* Seek out new technologies that broaden services and bring alternative solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently.
* Build expert knowledge in legal industry and convey that knowledge to others.
EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business or related area.
* 10 years experience managing teams and Litigation Technology related projects.
* Knowledge of Relational Databases and Information Systems.
* Experience with Customer Relations.
