We have been in the litigation support and discovery business since 2000, and in that short time, we have grown from one small office in Omaha with five employees to multiple Midwest locations and a national presence servicing many of our country's largest law firms and Fortune 500 companies. In 2005 we broadened our scope to provide corporations with the same services we've been offering in litigation support, only fine-tuned to meet the continuously growing demands of any business.
As the Account Manager you will be responsible for acquiring and managing existing accounts and securing new business. Under the direct supervision of the Managing Partner, works with other Account Managers and Production staff to meet goals and deadlines.
Essential Functions:
1. Manage existing accounts, secure new accounts;
2. Develop and report weekly numbers to Managing Partner.
3. Respond to on-call requests.
4. Pickup, deliver, collect and oversee all client orders.
5. Work well with leadership, peers and production staff.
6. Plan and implement marketing strategies with the aid of the Sales Support Specialist.
7. Update and Maintain client database and sales notebooks.
8. Ensures that all company policies and standards are followed.
